Welcome to Dr. Lil's Online Presence!

He (God) hushed the storm to a gentle whisper, So that the waves of the sea were still.

Promoting African Mental Health (PAMH)

This is an organization founded by Dr. Lil, whose mission is to bring awareness of mental health and mental illness among individuals of African descent. PAMH aims at providing education on mental health issues and addressing the intersectionality of cultural, religious, ethnic, racial, national, and regional factors with mental health and overall well-being. A central purpose of PAMH is to destigmatize mental health and help-seeking behavior among people of African descent by facilitating conversations about psychological wellness and providing psychoeducative information to the African community.
